Leads the design and operation of auditable security automation pipelines, improving security controls and infrastructure through automation, observability, and disciplined team delivery.
What you'll do
- Build and operate security automation, drift detection, and remediation across endpoint, identity, cloud, and vulnerability management.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD workflows, including policy checks, validation, monitoring, and Kubernetes security controls.
- Manage the team’s sprint cycle, people, operational metrics, and transition from manual work to engineering-owned automation.

- Production experience with security automation pipelines, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Hands-on infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi, and CI/CD operation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes operations, Helm, image lifecycle, and admission controllers; experience with observability stacks and policy-as-code frameworks.
- Direct people management experience and experience owning sprint backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and Definition of Done enforcement.
