What you'll do
- Automate storage operations, provisioning, and configuration; monitor capacity and performance and optimize utilization.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot storage systems; lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate storage projects and 24x7 support with global teams, and maintain operational documentation.
