- Troubleshoot payroll-cycle issues, resolve data defects, and coordinate urgent fixes before payroll close.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations across payroll and related systems; reconcile outputs and strengthen controls.
- Configure and test payroll functionality, releases, country rollouts, and statutory updates; maintain process and technical documentation.
