What you'll do
- Triage and resolve production incidents, create playbooks and postmortems, and coordinate customer communications.
- Instrument telemetry, logging, alerting, dashboards, and health metrics; automate operational work and address recurring failures.
- Improve product stability in the codebase and assess reliability risks for new feature launches.
