What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop embedded analysts and data scientists across growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional.
- Set analytical standards and agendas, guide complex analyses, and build shared review and experimentation practices.
- Own company-level reporting and partner on metrics definitions and modeled datasets with data platform leadership.
