About the job
Build and operate the risk governance function for Polymarket’s U.S. Exchange, partnering with business teams to identify, assess, and resolve risks.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain risk governance, including assessments, tolerance thresholds, incident capture, and reporting.
- Own risk policies, procedures, and the risk register, and assess alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
- Partner with trading, product, legal, and operations to address risks and monitor relevant regulatory and market changes.
