Conducts outbound and inbound patient calls to explain Pomelo Care services, enroll eligible patients, and coordinate follow-up support.
What you'll do
- Make high-volume outbound calls, educate patients about services and resources, and meet enrollment goals.
- Answer patient questions, document outreach accurately, and coordinate with stakeholders to support care and services.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up care, and manage inbound calls from potential patients.
