About the job
Makes outbound and inbound calls to educate patients about Pomelo Care services and enroll them, while supporting questions, scheduling, and follow-up care.
What you'll do
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day, educate patients about services, and meet enrollment KPIs.
- Answer patient questions, document outreach, and schedule appointments and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to connect patients with appropriate care.
