Build and lead Pomelo Care’s clinician network strategy and operations, managing the provider lifecycle as the company expands its Midlife offering.
What you'll do
- Set strategy, metrics, and operating processes for provider acquisition, onboarding, activation, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Develop compensation and incentive models, utilization targets, and capacity plans for the provider network.
- Lead provider operations and improve recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and technology processes, including automation and AI where useful.
