What you'll do
- Manage APP performance, quality monitoring, feedback, training, and professional development.
- Recruit and onboard APPs; help address care barriers and meet clinical objectives.
- Share frontline insights and collaborate with leadership and operations teams to improve patient-centered care.

- FNP, CNM, or WHNP with a current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience serving maternal-child health populations in a hospital and/or healthcare practice.
