About the job
Provides remote, patient-centered obstetric care through assessment, care planning, patient education, monitoring, triage, and coordination with care teams.
What you'll do
- Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and support wellness goals.
- Monitor diagnostic results, educate patients about remote monitoring equipment, and triage urgent concerns.
- Document care, address barriers and care gaps, and share feedback to support program and product development.

- Registered Nurse with a minimum BSN, residing in a compact state and holding an active, unencumbered compact RN license with multi-state privileges.
- 4+ years of recent experience serving maternal-child health populations in a hospital and/or healthcare practice, including at least 3 years in Obstetrics.

Nice to have
- Experience with perinatal patients with pregnancy-related diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, or perinatal loss; experience providing virtual care.
- Spanish fluency without an interpreter.
Pay
$40.87 per hour (hourly rate)
