Provides healthcare regulatory guidance to support Pomelo Care’s business growth and operations, partnering with legal, compliance, clinical, and business teams.
What you'll do
- Advise on federal and state healthcare regulations affecting virtual care delivery and payment.
- Support virtual-first or telehealth services, including launches in new states and clinical model design.
- Partner cross-functionally to assess regulatory risks and provide practical recommendations.

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one state.
- In-house experience at a healthcare company.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, including telehealth, licensure, scope of practice, CPOM, fraud and abuse, marketing, and Medicaid reimbursement.
