Acts as a technical bridge between Pomerium’s engineering team and strategic customers, designing solutions, supporting sales, troubleshooting customer systems, and advocating for product improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, build proofs of concept, and design customer solutions with the sales team.
- Create reference architectures and deployment guidance; advise strategic customers and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate customer feedback internally and collaborate with SRE/Ops on infrastructure and processes.
