Own and improve Pontera’s end-to-end billing operations, controls, reconciliations, customer-impacting issue resolution, and Quote-to-Cash system requirements.
What you'll do
- Validate billing files, reconcile checks and ACH payments, and manage unapplied cash, credits, refunds, and disputes.
- Build billing controls, SOPs, exception processes, reporting, and root-cause improvements across Finance and customer-facing teams.
- Translate billing defects into Quote-to-Cash requirements and test cases; lead UAT and manage post-launch exceptions.
