Senior Data Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and reusable models using SQL, Python, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Develop semantic models and AI agents, copilots, and workflows for business use cases such as client intelligence, customer support, and sales productivity.
• Partner with business teams to deliver, maintain, evaluate, and improve practical data and AI solutions; support colleagues in adopting AI tools.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role, owning production data pipelines and models.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with cloud data warehouses; understanding of dimensional modeling, ELT, API integrations, and data quality.
• Practical experience building an AI agent, LLM application, or automated workflow that uses real data, and using AI tools in development.
• Strong business judgment, communication, ownership, and experience helping others adopt tools or practices through mentoring, training, documentation, or support.

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic layers or conversational analytics, Snowflake Cortex or similar agent tooling, or GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, or Zendesk.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.

Pay

$180,000 to $220,000 annually (base salary)
