About the job

Build and deploy evaluated AI-assisted engineering workflows and shared tooling across accelerator software teams to improve development, debugging, testing, and triage.

What you'll do

  • Embed with firmware, runtime, performance, and simulation teams to build workflows for coding, debugging, triage, test generation, and documentation.
  • Own shared agent tooling and integrate agents into CI, code review, log and trace triage, and silicon-debug workflows.
  • Develop evaluations and regression tests, measure workflow quality, and promote effective AI-assisted engineering practices.

What they ask for

  • Strong software engineering background; systems or infrastructure experience is strongly preferred.
  • Expert hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, LLM API integration, and evaluation building.
  • Shipped internal tooling or developer-productivity work that engineers adopted.
  • Able to define a self-directed roadmap, earn skeptical engineers’ trust, and communicate clearly in writing.

Nice to have

  • Low-level or hardware-adjacent background.
  • Experience with CI/CD, developer platforms, build and release engineering, forward-deployed work, solutions engineering, or platform teams.
