Build Powertown’s manufacturing function and scale Powerblock production from prototypes to reliable, high-volume output.
What you'll do
- Establish and scale manufacturing processes, equipment, fixtures, and production systems.
- Select and procure equipment, manage suppliers through installation, and provide DFM input to the hardware team.
- Create technician instructions and set cost, quality, and throughput targets.
What they ask for
- 5+ years hands-on as a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Design Engineer on mechanical or electromechanical systems.
- 2D CAD for line design (AutoCAD) and 3D CAD for equipment, fixturing, and tooling (SolidWorks or CATIA).
