Provides technical support for Prefect and Dagster customers by diagnosing issues, owning them through resolution, and reducing repeat problems through documentation, tooling, and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot customer installations, integrations, deployments, and cloud or container environments; manage moderate-complexity issues end to end.
- Keep customers informed through resolution, including during escalations, and provide evidence-based explanations.
- Create documentation and debugging tools, and report reproducible product issues and recurring patterns to Engineering and Product.
