About the job

Build post-training and evaluation systems for multimodal computer-use agents that handle browser, desktop, and cross-application workflows reliably.

What you'll do

  • Create long-horizon computer-use environments from real workflows and prevent shortcuts, data leakage, and unsafe side effects.
  • Train agents to recover from interface changes and failures, and evaluate task completion, efficiency, permissions, and escalation.
  • Run post-training experiments, diagnose sources of performance changes, and deploy successful approaches.

What they ask for

  • Relevant experience in multimodal agents, computer use, browser or desktop automation, RL, imitation learning, HCI, embodied agents, or long-horizon agent evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation, or closely adjacent experimental loops.
  • Strong experimental judgment and Python skills; ability to build reusable research and engineering artifacts.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problems and keeping partners and teammates informed.

Nice to have

  • Publications, open-source systems, benchmarks, or shipped products demonstrating exceptional work.
