About the job
Own the path from emerging AI research to open-source systems and researcher-facing product features, helping external researchers run, inspect, extend, and contribute to the platform.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain open-source RL, environment, evaluation, and agent systems, including APIs, examples, and reference implementations.
- Develop researcher-facing training-platform features with engineering and design, and shape stable interfaces for research abstractions.
- Work with research users and external contributors to improve interfaces, code, and research artifacts.

- Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation, or closely adjacent experimental loops.
