About the job

Build and evaluate robotics environments, agents, and post-training methods with an external robotics team, using simulation and deployed-robot feedback to improve long-horizon behavior.

What you'll do

  • Build simulation and real-world environments and evaluations, including sim-to-real comparisons.
  • Train long-horizon embodied agents using reinforcement learning, demonstrations, interventions, and feedback.
  • Develop rewards and evaluations for task success, safety, adaptation, and continual improvement.

What they ask for

  • Relevant experience in robotics, embodied AI, RL, imitation learning, control, world models, simulation, computer vision, agent evaluation, or production systems interacting with the physical world.
  • Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation, or closely adjacent experimental loops.
  • Strong experimental judgment and strong Python skills.
  • Ability to own ambiguous problems and keep partners and teammates current.

Nice to have

  • Publications, open-source systems, benchmarks, or shipped products as evidence of exceptional work.
