About the job
Own and improve the IT systems, devices, access, office technology, and automations that support Prime Intellect’s team and AI agents.
What you'll do
- Manage the Mac fleet, including purchasing, setup, patching, encryption, and secure recovery.
- Run identity, SaaS access, onboarding and offboarding, and San Francisco office IT; maintain endpoint controls and support security investigations.
- Automate recurring IT workflows and use agents for provisioning, support triage, access requests, and administrative tasks.
