About the job
A six-month, on-site associate role in which you own a defined business function across one of four tracks: Growth & Sales Enablement, Marketing & Community, Expansion & People Ops, or Hiring.
What you'll do
- Build and improve the systems and processes for the selected track, such as sales pipelines, social content, people operations, or hiring.
- Take ownership of track-specific projects and deliverables, working with the founders’ office and relevant teams.
- Use AI-first tools and automation to reduce manual work and build repeatable workflows.
