What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow the software engineering team, setting technical direction and overseeing hiring and execution.
- Own software and data engineering roadmaps, architecture, and data flows across design, experimentation, analysis, and machine learning.
- Guide delivery of scientist-facing applications and scalable systems for experimental workflows, data capture, provenance, and analysis.
