Leads the biology and translational pharmacology strategy for Profluent’s liver-directed genetic medicine programs, advancing AI-designed base editors toward development candidates and IND-enabling studies.
What you'll do
- Build and manage the liver biology and translational pharmacology organization.
- Lead 2–3 cross-functional therapeutic programs from concept through development candidate nomination and IND-enabling studies.
- Set in vivo pharmacology strategy and guide program decisions using translational data.
