About the job
Designs, deploys, and operates Profluent’s IT infrastructure, including workplace technology, identity and access, networks, cloud systems, security, backups, and user support.
What you'll do
- Administer workplace platforms, employee/device lifecycle workflows, endpoint security, and workstation support.
- Design and maintain network, remote-access, cloud, storage, backup, and physical access systems.
- Support security and compliance operations, including incident response and SOC 2 Type 2 evidence collection.
