Leads enterprise customers’ implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Profound to achieve AI search and marketing outcomes.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers across onboarding, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct strategic business reviews, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify customer opportunities and risks.
- Partner with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and resolve technical challenges.
