Owns full-cycle recruiting for Profound’s Finance, HR, Legal, and Recruiting teams, partnering with leaders to set hiring strategies and build recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, candidate experience, and offer negotiation.
- Build sourcing channels, interview processes, scorecards, and service-level agreements.
- Track recruiting funnel metrics and channel performance, then improve processes.
