What you'll do
- Set the product design vision and cohesive design language, and shape product strategy with company leadership.
- Lead, hire, and develop designers while maintaining high standards and staying hands-on with design craft.
- Create AI-native interaction patterns and processes for prototyping, customer learning, and fast, high-quality delivery.
