Build and lead Profound’s talent function, scaling hiring and recruiting systems while maintaining hiring quality as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Own the hiring engine, from sourcing and interviews through offers, and personally recruit for critical roles.
- Develop data-driven recruiting systems, dashboards, hiring plans, scorecards, and interview processes.
- Build employer brand and recruiting infrastructure for global expansion; lead and develop the talent team.
