Own and improve scaled onboarding and implementation for Profound’s Scaled and Mid-Market customers, from setup through early value realization.
What you'll do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of implementations and lead weekly onboarding sessions on setup, prompt creation, and report interpretation.
- Build and improve onboarding curriculum, templates, help content, follow-up sequences, and playbooks.
- Track implementation metrics, resolve escalations, and share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal teams.
