Build and lead recruiting operations, systems, and processes to support consistent, scalable hiring at Profound.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop the Recruiting Coordinator team, including capacity planning, operating rhythms, and training programs.
- Own and optimize Ashby and recruiting dashboards; improve data integrity, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Develop structured interview plans, hiring resources, and processes in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, Finance, and People Operations.
