Build and own Profound’s product analytics foundation, measuring user behavior and turning insights into product and go-to-market decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dashboards for product usage, funnels, retention, activation, user journeys, and feature adoption.
- Define and model core product metrics; analyze user journeys and customer segments to identify friction and opportunities.
- Partner with engineers on event instrumentation, data ingestion pipelines, and data quality; deliver custom customer analyses.
