Own flexible, full-cycle recruiting across functions and emerging roles, adapting sourcing and hiring processes to Profound’s changing business priorities.
What you'll do
- Recruit across prioritized functions, including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance, and handle new or unconventional searches.
- Build sourcing plans for unfamiliar roles and partner with founders and hiring managers on scorecards, interview loops, and service-level agreements.
- Manage candidate outreach and experience, maintain ATS hygiene, and use funnel data to improve recruiting outcomes.
