Leads the strategy, fundraising, and end-to-end production of Project Healthy Minds’ events, from large fundraisers to intimate VIP gatherings.
What you'll do
- Set the events strategy and lead programming, creative direction, fundraising plans, production, and staffing for each event.
- Manage end-to-end execution, including vendors, venues, talent, timelines, event materials, guest experience, and stakeholder reporting.
- Own event P&L and work cross-functionally with Development, Creative, leadership, and external partners.
