Learning & Development Specialist - Instructional Designer

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials.
• Manage learning projects and advise on learning strategies, delivery, and performance support.
• Evaluate and maintain learning content and platforms, and use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support learning work.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning and development, training development, organizational development, or education.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing learning solutions for business or operational audiences.
• Experience designing learning experiences, managing multiple learning projects, and using content development tools, learning technologies, or learning management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, corporate, operations, contact center, or professional services environments.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia, LMS platforms, or similar learning technologies.

Pay

USD 65,000–85,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
