Leads human data projects from scoping and task design through staffing, quality control, and delivery for AI research and training data.
What you'll do
- Scope projects, set timelines and budgets, and design and pilot annotation tasks with requesting teams.
- Staff in-house annotators and partner vendors; calibrate workers and monitor project throughput, cost, and quality.
- Protect sensitive data, resolve issues early, and report progress to leadership.
