Deploys Pulse’s document-understanding platform for strategic customers, integrating it with their systems and taking secure customer environments into production.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-prem deployments; build integrations with customer systems.
- Own performance, reliability, security, monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for single-tenant environments.
- Document solutions, train customer teams, track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive expansion.
