About the job
Own user acquisition at Pure by running growth experiments across paid, creator, and community channels and building a high-volume ad creative engine.
What you'll do
- Set and run the acquisition testing roadmap; decide what to test, scale, or stop.
- Produce and edit ad variants for Meta and TikTok using AI video generation and traditional editing.
- Measure acquisition and retention performance and use results to guide spend and creator briefs.
