Supports organization-wide AI adoption by coordinating communications, learning and community activities, maintaining AI resources, and organizing transformation operations.
What you'll do
- Draft internal communications and support planning and execution of AI events, learning sessions, and community activities.
- Maintain AI resources, content, templates, knowledge hubs, and enablement materials; coordinate participation tracking and follow-ups.
- Manage trackers, action items, calendars, meeting follow-ups, and other day-to-day program coordination.
