Leads strategy, processes, and organizational change to improve partner autonomy, satisfaction, data quality, and self-service across Everpure’s partner experience.
What you'll do
- Set the multi-year partner autonomy strategy, own end-to-end partner processes, and drive process optimization and measurable outcomes.
- Define partner-facing business requirements and own partner data standards, governance, quality metrics, and remediation.
- Lead partner feedback and satisfaction programs, cross-functional alignment, and change management across GPO and GSO.

- 12+ years of experience in channel, partner experience, partner operations, digital transformation, or go-to-market roles within a B2B technology company.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
