What you'll do
- Define and validate scalable NPI manufacturing processes with Contract Manufacturers across PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10).
- Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing engineers and set the manufacturing process technology roadmap.
- Partner with Design Engineering and operational teams on DFM, PFMEAs, risk mitigation, mistake-proofing, and continuous improvement.
