- Own the global Advanced Services strategy and roadmap for Kubernetes, cloud-native storage, modern virtualization, and Portworx.
- Design and validate customer pilots, then turn successful solutions into standardized consulting offerings.
- Provide technical leadership and help global delivery teams operationalize new services.
