Leads PCBA design manufacturability, process qualification, quality, and production readiness for server and storage hardware from design through volume production.
What you'll do
- Optimize PCB materials, stack-ups, fabrication requirements, and signal integrity with hardware designers and suppliers.
- Qualify and improve SMT and mixed-technology assembly processes with contract manufacturers to improve yield and solder-joint quality.
- Lead DFX, Gerber, manufacturing-data, BOM, inspection, and testability reviews to support NPI transitions and defect reduction.

- Expertise in PCB materials, high-layer-count stack-ups, impedance control, and transmission-line analysis, including TDR and S-parameter analysis.
- Deep knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes and IPC standards for high-reliability electronics.
