What you'll do
- Lead the lifecycle and operating cadence of critical-role and succession planning, including criteria and pipeline metrics.
- Design talent reviews and high-potential development frameworks, and build connected talent data with HRIT and People Analytics.
- Improve adoption and user experience through measurement, AI tools, executive guidance, and change management.
