What you'll do
- Lead SEC filings and review financial statements, disclosures, earnings releases, and related reporting deliverables.
- Manage reporting controls, calendar, audit coordination, and technical accounting matters, including ASC 718 and ASC 340-40.
- Improve reporting processes with automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
