Owns test engineering readiness and cross-functional program delivery for L6 and L10 manufacturing tests across new product introduction, production, qualifications, and test strategy.
What you'll do
- Coordinate commitments, dependencies, owners, and timelines across L6 and L10 programs.
- Drive gate readiness by tracking test coverage, ICT fixtures, parts lead times, and test software releases; identify risks and recommend mitigations.
- Manage status reporting and workflows, resolve conflicts, and address root causes to sustain program momentum.
