Provides frontline technical support for FlashArray customers by diagnosing and resolving complex enterprise issues and coordinating with internal teams.
What you'll do
- Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution, communicating professionally and promptly.
- Troubleshoot FlashArray issues across hardware, software, and multi-platform environments; lead customer calls and escalations.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and mentor junior Support Engineers.
