Provides frontline technical support for FlashArray customers by diagnosing complex issues across hardware, software, and enterprise environments and driving cases through resolution.
What you'll do
- Own customer issues from initial contact to resolution, communicating professionally and promptly.
- Troubleshoot FlashArray issues across operating systems, networking, and storage area networks; lead escalations and advocate for customers internally.
- Create and update knowledge-base content and mentor junior Support Engineers.
