About the job
Supports South Seas Resort’s day-to-day accounting operations across payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
What you'll do
- Process invoices, payments, guest and group billing, and collections; resolve discrepancies and prepare accounts payable and receivable reports.
- Reconcile cash, bank, and balance sheet accounts; prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
- Support payroll, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
What they ask for

- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger functions.
